Our realtor, Todd Goodman, and the ENTIRE TEAM at Opal Hones at Keller Williams on the Water were amazing from helping us to decide to list through every step until sold. These people had at the minimum weekly contact with us. They always gave us guidance based on facts. They did door to door service of handing out an open house pamphlet when we had an open house. During closing we had an unexpected death in the family and need to go out of state, one call to Todd on a Saturday and he immediately contacted the Title/closing company and that afternoon that office and team pulled all of our paperwork together on a Saturday and we were able to sign all of our paperwork and be on our way.
